It was produced in 1955.
2) How were women represented in most adverts in the 1950s?
In the 1950s women were presented as inferior to men and men are more superior. Also, they had to be housewives and had to stay home and clean and have to listen to men.

3) How does the heading  message ('OMO makes whites bright') and typography promote the product?
The title is written in serif.This looks modern and it is more see able to the reader. This is also keep on showing up numerous which make this funny and also at the same time annoying,

 4) Analyse the mise-en-scene in the advert (CLAMPS): how is costume, make-up and placement of the model used to suggest women's role in society?
The women that the women is wearing is trying to say that they have to look good at all times.Also, the costume she is wearing suggest she has to wear cleaning clothes at all times.
